Shipping policy
1. Production and Processing Time
All our products are handcrafted once the order is confirmed.
The estimated production time is 5 to 15 business days, depending on the product.
Once the product is finished, it is prepared and shipped according to the transit times indicated below.
2. Shipping Times
We ship via DHL Parcel.
Shipping times apply once the manufacturing process is complete.
• Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Portugal: 48–72 business hours
• European Union: 5–10 business days
Times may vary depending on the customer's location and carrier availability.
3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping to Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Portugal: €6.50
Free shipping on orders over €100 (only in Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Portugal)
• Shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia: €14.90
• Shipping to Denmark, Finland, Sweden: €29.90
Exact costs will be displayed during checkout before confirming the order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and complete.
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to errors in the address provided.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@albaladejojoyeros.com, including your order number and, if applicable, photos of the package and the product.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to:
- Spain except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
- European Union: Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Netherlands, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Italy, and Portugal.
- We do not ship to countries outside the EU at this time.
