Exchange & Return Policy

Timeframe and How to Proceed:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. To begin the process, please email us at swaydrop@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Reason for the exchange or return.
  • Description of the item you wish to exchange or return.
  • Preferred solution (exchange or refund).
  • Personal details: full name and the email used to place the order, or the order number.
  • Note: Depending on your country, we’ll follow the appropriate procedure.
  • Once we receive your email, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Important:

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping all returns and exchanges. For your safety, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please note that Swaydrop is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

Additional Considerations:

  • Adding items to an exchange: If you’d like to include new jewelry pieces in the same exchange shipment, mention it in your email. We’ll explain how to complete the payment and include the new items in the package.
  • Delivery address: The new item(s) will be sent to the same address as the original order.
  • Refunds: In case of a return, we will refund only the value of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized or used items.
  • Discounted or promotional orders: If your order was made using a discount or promotion, the refund will be adjusted accordingly based on the discounted value.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Additional requests for exchange or return: If you have already made an exchange or return for an order and wish to start another, shipping and handling costs will be at your expense.
  • Requests after the 30-day period: Exchanges or returns requested after 30 days of receiving the order will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery:

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the package.

To report it, send an email to swaydrop@gmail.com including:

  • Description of the issue.
  • Photos or video clearly showing the defect.
  • Your full name or order number.

WARRANTY

  • Handcrafted production: All of our jewelry is handmade in our workshop in Alicante.
  • Warranty period: We offer a three-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only.
  • How to file a claim: If your jewelry breaks or has a defect within the warranty period, please contact us. You'll need to keep the defective piece and send us a photo clearly showing the issue. After evaluating the case, we’ll offer an appropriate solution.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or scratches resulting from regular use.
