Each Swaydrop ring is made once your order is confirmed. Estimated production time is 5–15 business days. The delivery timeframe begins once your piece is finished.

We ship via DHL once production is complete. Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal: €6.50, typically 48–72 business hours. Selected EU destinations: from €14.90, typically 5–10 business days. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for non-personalized pieces. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Sterling silver naturally develops character with wear. Store your ring in a dry place and gently clean it with a jewelry polishing cloth to restore its shine. As every piece is individually finished, subtle variations are part of its character.
